The Times blog, City Room, looks at how Belmont/Little Italy merchants in the Bronx are faring amidst the economic downturn.
State Senator Jeff Klein has sponsored legislation to allow domestic violence victims to not list the address of their residences when applying for car insurance, filling a prescription, or completing other routine transactions that would alert abusers to the current location of their victims.
