Brooklyn Councilmember Letitia James, the chair of the Council's sanitation committee, and Bronx Councilmember Jim Vacca, the chair of the Council's transportation committee, will be the guests on BronxTalk this Monday night to talk about the recent blizzard. Beginning at 9:00pm, Vacca and James will answer questions from host Gary Axelbank and take phone calls from viewers about snow cleanups, rumors of work slowdowns, MTA service problems and a myriad of other issues related to how the city responded to last week's snow storm.
