I guess they were only focusing on CB 12, since they didn't interview Councilman James Vacca on this. He's been tracking this issue and working to down-zone parcels of land to keep single family homes. It's amazing how many tiny 3 family homes some of these developers can squeeze onto small lots -- just look at Decatur and 201st! And they try to sell them for so much, based on enormous projected rents and no projected expenses.
ReplyDeleteTHIS OVER DEVELPOMENT HAS BEEN A DIGRACE FOR MANY YEARS AND CITY COUNCIL HAVE DONE NOTHING TO REALLY STOP THIS NEW HOLOCAUST JBERG AND AMANDA BURTON HAVE INFLICTED ON US.
