Cities need affordable and reasonable housing for people in all walks of life. There is a dramatic need in the last few months for apartments, given the housing meltdown that is occurring right before our eyes. Hopefully more apartments will be built as developer shelve condo conversion projects. Increasing available inventory would be a huge boost as the apartment supply has dramatically tightened up.
