OK, this little factoid about Bangladesh is only tangentially relevant to everyday Bronx life (but not totally irrelevant as last I checked there were about 900 Bangladeshis living in the Norwood section of the Bronx), but how many people do you think live in Bangladesh? Give up? 156 million people. Yup, it's the 7th largest country in the world. Egypt, which is how I came across this, is the 16th largest with about 80 million. Here are the 15 countries ahead of Egypt.
