The Feast of St. Anthony arrived in style last week, taking over a stretch of East 187th street on either side of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for five nights of games, rides, food, and live music.
A fixture of the Belmont summer for at least 70 years, the feast culminated with a 3-hour Sunday procession, as a statue of the saint was wheeled through the streets.
