The Times featured the author of “New York’s Poop Scoop Law: Dogs, Dirt and Due Process," (surely to be a best seller in the 5 boroughs) in its City Room blog this week. He took readers questions about the history and enforcement of the law here, here and here.
Mosholu Preservation Corporation, publisher of the Norwood News, has a special interest in this sort of thing. A couple of years ago we launched a campaign called "Cut the Crap."
